CNIC and passport photos are sent on a secure link and locked. Only admin can open them.
Numbers on those papers are never shown to other families — only a “checked” mark.
If a file is rejected, you can upload a new one. When you close the account you can ask us to delete files, as the law allows.
Staff match the photo to the ID. Heavy filters or a group photo as the main picture are not accepted.
