ShaddiNikah

Rishta service for Pakistani families

Finding a rishta is a family matter, and ShaddiNikah (Shadi Nikah) is built that way. A profile can be made by the person or by a parent, every profile is checked by our staff before anyone sees it, and phone numbers are shared only when both families agree. The pages below explain how that works in particular cities, for Pakistani families living abroad, for particular sects, biradaris and situations, and for common questions about looking for a shadi rishta online.

What a rishta means here

A rishta on ShaddiNikah is a marriage proposal between two families, with nikah as the aim. There is no swiping and no open messaging. You set what matters to your family — age range, marital status, religion and sect, caste or biradari, education, family set-up — and receive a daily list of suggested profiles that fit. A conversation opens only after both sides accept.

Rishta by city

Families in Pakistan register with a CNIC and pay in Pakistani rupees. Each city page looks at the details families there may want to weigh — language, biradari, family set-up, work, or how far to look — and how the profile and preferences handle them.

Pakistani families abroad

Families outside Pakistan register with a passport and pay in their local currency; Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain share one page and all pay in euros. The overseas pages cover the ID document, the currency, the time difference with Pakistan, and how a family split between two countries can work through a rishta together.

By sect, biradari and situation

How the settings work for a Sunni or Shia rishta, for caste and biradari, for a second marriage, and for doctors and other professionals. They explain the settings; they make no claims about any community.

Rules that apply to every rishta

  • Every profile is checked by our staff before it is shown: the CNIC or passport, and photos matched against it. Anyone under 18 is refused.
  • ID papers stay with our staff. Other families see an “ID checked” mark, never the document or its number.
  • Phone numbers and email addresses typed into chat are removed automatically.
  • Numbers are shared only when the other family allows it.
  • You decide who sees your photos: everyone who sees the profile, only after both sides say yes, or no one.

Questions

Is ShaddiNikah only for families in Pakistan?

No. Families can register from Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain. The country you choose sets your currency and whether a CNIC or a passport is expected.

Do I only see rishtas from my own city?

No. Suggestions come from any city or country that fits your preferences. A profile in the same city as yours counts in its favour when your list is ranked, and you can limit suggestions to the countries you would accept.

Is it free to look for a rishta?

No. A one-off registration fee covers the identity check and is paid together with the first month of a plan. Current plans and prices are on the membership page.

Who arranges the first meeting between the families?

The families do. Once both sides have accepted each other, either family can ask to share phone numbers, and the other family allows or declines. If you would like help, our support team can be contacted.
