Rishta in Faisalabad

Faisalabad is a city of textile mills, markets and family businesses, and for many families here the first questions about a rishta are practical ones: what does the boy do, does the family live together, and where are they from. ShaddiNikah asks those questions on every profile, so your family can read the answers before anyone picks up the phone.

Create AccountHow it works

Work and business, described properly

Not everyone is “employed”. Each profile states a work status — employed, own work, business owner, student, looking after home, or not working — and for anyone working, the job and a monthly income range. A son who runs the family business can say exactly that.

Papers are optional here, but they help. A job letter or salary proof can be uploaded, and once our staff have checked it the profile shows a “Job checked” mark. A degree or certificate works the same way and adds “Study checked”.

Joint family, brothers and sisters

Each profile states the family set-up: living with parents, a small family, or a big family. It also records how many brothers and sisters there are and how many of them are already married, along with the father’s and mother’s work. Families often ask these questions in the first meeting; here they are answered on the profile.

In your preferences you can ask for a particular family set-up and mark “joint or separate home” as most important, which gives profiles that match it more weight in your daily list.

Roots in nearby towns

Plenty of families living in Faisalabad came from a nearby town or village, and still count it as home. The profile keeps the city you live in, your home town and the city where the wider family lives as three separate answers, so a family reading it sees the whole picture.

Registering from Faisalabad

  • Choose who the rishta is for — yourself, or your son or daughter — then choose Pakistan. The ID is your CNIC and fees are in Pakistani rupees; plans and prices are on the membership page.
  • Upload the CNIC, a selfie holding it, and the front of each parent’s CNIC. Our staff check them and match the photos before the profile goes live.
  • Biradari is recorded on every profile — Arain, Jatt, Rajput, Sheikh, Gujjar and others — and you decide how much it counts.

Questions

Can we see only profiles from Faisalabad?

There is no city-only setting. A profile in the same city as yours gets extra weight when your daily list is ranked, and on the list itself you can narrow what you see to one city at a time.

Is the income on a profile checked?

Only if the family uploaded a job letter or salary proof and our staff checked it — the profile then shows “Job checked”. Otherwise the income range is as the family entered it.

Can we say we want a joint family?

Yes. Choose the family set-up in your preferences, and mark “joint or separate home” as most important if it matters a lot. If very few profiles fit everything you asked for, this is the last preference to be widened.

Will other families see our parents’ CNICs?

No. ID papers are seen only by the staff checking them. Other families see an “ID checked” mark, never the documents.
