How ShaddiNikah works, step by step

Five stages, from creating a profile to exchanging phone numbers. The verification stage is the one that takes real time, and how long it takes depends on your membership.

1. Create the profile

You first say who the rishta is for: yourself, or your son or daughter. That choice sets the gender on the profile, so a parent creating a profile does not have to pretend to be the person.

Next you choose your country. That decides the currency you are charged in and which ID document is expected — CNIC for Pakistan, passport elsewhere.

You then complete four sections: personal details, family details, papers, and what you are looking for in a rishta. Each section saves as you go, so you can leave and come back.

2. Our staff check the papers

Nothing is shown to other families until a member of our team has looked at the profile. They check the CNIC or passport, the photos, and the supporting papers you uploaded.

Each case is assigned automatically to a checker, preferring someone in the same city, then the same country. How quickly it is reviewed depends on the plan: within 72 hours on Silver, 48 hours on Gold, and 8 hours on Platinum.

If something is unclear, the profile comes back to you with a note saying what to fix, and you can submit it again. Anyone under 18 is refused.

3. Receive matches

Once the profile is live you get a daily list of suggested rishtas — 5 a day on Silver, 15 on Gold, no limit on Platinum. Suggestions are always of the opposite gender and respect the deal-breakers you set, such as never-married, caste, sect or smoking.

Gold and Platinum members can also search directly instead of waiting for the daily list.

4. Send interest and talk

When a profile looks right, you send interest, optionally with a short note. If the other family accepts, a private chat opens between you.

Phone numbers and email addresses written into chat messages are automatically removed. That is deliberate: contact details are exchanged through the meeting step below, not slipped into a message.

5. Meet, and exchange numbers

Either side can request a meeting. Our staff review the request and approve it before any phone number becomes visible to the other family.

Families who would rather be helped in person can visit an office. Staff can find a profile, look at suggested rishtas alongside you, and send interest from your account.
